Portrait of Cristiane Taylor the founder and owner of Healthy Eating On the Go

Being a mom, businesswoman, and wife, I am always on the go. I've struggled with finding a quick, nutritious snack that's easy to transport. So I made my own: healthy, protein-packed high-fiber bars with quality all-natural ingredients that I feel comfortable giving to my daughters and snacking on myself, too.

I started Healthy Eating on the Go in 2013 with a simple mission: helping people eat healthy on the go. To fulfill that mission, we make protein and granola bars made of nutritional ingredients that are good for your body.

I am so grateful for my customers and the wonderful community of healthy eaters this business has brought me. I have a lot to be thankful for and I hope these bars bring you and your family as much health and happiness as they have brought me and mine.

Healthy Eating started small, selling our high-protein bars in local gyms, and we've stayed true to our roots.

Our bars have anywhere from 9 grams to 18 grams of protein, making them the perfect post-workout snack.

Our bars are made with all gluten free ingredients. Having a gluten allergy myself, I was always frustrated about not being able to eat bars that had gluten in them. My bars are safe to eat! We offer dairy free vegan options, too.

All our ingredients are things you could find in your cupboard. Easy to pronounce, natural food that is good for your body. We sweeten our bars with honey and use no artificial sweeteners or flavors.
