We accept PayPal for subscription purchases. For all other purchases, we accept all major payment methods.

Our website platform recently rolled out a new feature that allows customers to cancel subscriptions on their own. You should be able to cancel your subscription by following these steps: Login to your account on the Healthy Eating On the Go website Reveal the drop-down menu by clicking on your profile picture or the arrow next to it Navigate to “My Subscriptions” on the drop-down menu Click “Cancel Subscription” and follow the prompts. The button should be underneath the “Update Payment Method” button.  If this option doesn’t appear for you, no worries. Please reach out to frontoffice@healthy-onthego.com with a screenshot of the “My Subscriptions” page and information about your subscription that you would like cancelled. From there, we can cancel it for you.

Unfortunately there is no way to change the quantity, frequency, or contents of a subscription. The best way to update a subscription is to cancel your current subscription and re-subscribe with your updated preferences.

We can pause your subscription for you. Please send a message through the chat box with the details of your subscription and the duration you would like your subscription paused for.

We offer free shipping with orders of 3 boxes or more.

Orders are typically shipped out within one business day of being placed. Once your package is on the way, delivery usually takes about 4 days on average.

Once you sign up for our free website membership, you will receive a 10 point bonus for signing up and you can begin earning 1 point per $1 spent. You can view the rewards you are eligible to redeem on the “My Rewards” section of your account.

You can redeem your rewards by going to the “My Rewards” section of your account, and clicking the “Copy Code” button next to the reward you would like to redeem. When you’re ready to check out, paste the code into the box labeled “Enter a promo code” and the rewards will be applied to your cart.
