Ingredients: Oats, Natural Peanut Butter (roasted peanuts and sea salt), whey protein (whey protein concentrate, sunflower lecithin), raw sunflower seeds, raw almond slices, unsweetened coconut flakes, raisins, honey and coconut flour.
Allergens: Our bars are produced in a facility that use tree nuts, peanuts and dairy.
Storage Information
Our bars have a shelf life of 9 months stored at room temperature and 12 months stored in the freezer. No need to refrigerate!

I really needed to find a more filling and delicious protein bar and this is it. I am literally obsessed with this bar. The peanut butter is by far my favorite and is nutritious and filling and just so addicting! The fact that it’s all clean ingredients is a bonus! I have my sister and mom also hooked on these.
I won’t eat any other protein bar except for these because of their all-natural ingredients. No worries about additives with these bars. The taste and texture is excellent and perfect for after a workout. Shipping is quick, too. I’ve ordered several different flavors over the years and they are all good.
These are so good! Packed full of protein and minimal amounts of sugar… something you don’t find in protein bars these days unless they’re packed with a bunch of sugar alcohols. Thank you guys!
Hands down the BEST bars I have purchased! The perfect way to fuel before my early morning workouts or my go to snack after work that satisfies and keeps me from mindlessly snacking before dinner. Customer service has been amazing and was helpful and quick to respond when I made a mistake during my order. I love keeping mine in the fridge for the perfect taste but have also thrown them in my bag to carry on a day full of errands.
I have a HEOTG bar every single morning and have been for over two years. I love the ingredients, taste, texture, and small business. Cannot recommend more! My favorites are anything peanut butter based but especially peanut, chocolate protein, and blueberry.
