Ingredients: Natural Peanut Butter (roasted peanuts and sea salt), organic oats, raw sunflower seeds, raw pumpkin seeds, unsweetened coconut flakes, chia seeds, 60% cacao chips (unsweetened chocolate, sugar, cocoa butter, milk, soy lecithin, vanilla), honey and coconut flour.
Allergens: Our bars are produced in a facility that use tree nuts, peanuts and dairy. THE CHOCOLATE CHIPS CONTAINS SOY LECITHIN.
Storage Information
Our bars have a shelf life of 9 months stored at room temperature and 12 months stored in the freezer. No need to refrigerate!

Absolutely love these bars. They have a substantial texture while being light in calories. They have decent protein but don't taste like a protein bar at all, in a good way! The chocolate is my favorite, it only has two chocolate chips but that also is a perfect ratio. I wish I could have one every single day. Feel great about doing for a grab & go breakfast if need be & makes a wonderful snack.
I love these bars because I feel good after I eat them and one bar will keep me feeling full for an hour or more. I work out and get lots of exercise, I eat a lot. These bars keep me going till the next meal. I love them all, but the Chocolate Oat Bar is my favorite.
My favorite flavor is the chocolate oat bar. The flavor is great and I really enjoy the way it feels while I'm chewing it. I realized that this is the crunchiness coming from the sunflower seeds.
These are so good. I think they taste like peanut butter/ chocolate no bake cookies, but healthier! I do wish they could be packaged for shipping in a way that made it to southern states without melting. It doesn’t change the taste, but it changes what the bar looks like in the package.
I have tried so many flavors, and there are other good ones - but these continue to be my absolute favorite! Even my 5 year old has become obsessed with them and asks for them on an almost daily basis.
